How we work
A managed outbound desk
Six named Grok Bots we built and run as a standing crew against your offer and ICP. They find, cite, write and queue. You approve. We operate.
The constraint
Outbound is still what limits revenue
Hiring SDRs is slow. Sequencers spray generic mail. Chatbots draft copy you still have to research, send and chase. You need a team that already knows who you sell to, what you may say, and when to leave you alone.
What you buy
A crew we built, not software you staff
Luna conducts. Scout finds. Mira cites one true thing. Coco writes every prospect-facing sentence. Nova is the only sender. Juno books only when the thread is ready. Writer cannot send. Sender cannot write. You keep judgement.
Lead data lives in a central RevenueSwarm account. You see a private workspace: pipeline, drafts awaiting approval, meetings booked, and a Friday five-sentence note.
Week one
Lock the durables before anything sends
The desk does not start sending from a slide deck. Week one writes the files the crew is allowed to remember. Until those files exist and you have signed them off, nothing leaves the building. After sign-off the account lead may not invent a new claim. If the offer moves, we update the file first.
Offer
What you sell, what you will not sell, the outcome a first meeting is for, and any price band we may name.
ICP
Titles, company shape, geography, vertical order, and explicit kill rules (too small, wrong buyer, cannot fulfil).
Voice and proof
How a first line should sound. Case studies, numbers and logos we may use — and a do-not list for anything invented.
Frames
Two or three approved first-touch frames and one follow-up. After this, drafts vary the facts, not the spine.
Approver
One named person who can say yes to a frame and a first-touch batch. Replies still come back to you.
Sending identity
Your domain, or a warmed one
Deliverability is part of the engagement, not an afterthought. We pick one path in onboarding. We will not send from a founder’s day-to-day inbox.
Path A — your domain
Best when the root domain already has a clean reputation. You provide one or two dedicated mailboxes, plus DNS access or an IT contact for SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Not the founder’s day-to-day inbox.
Path B — new domain
Used when we should not risk the corporate domain, or when IT cannot give us a box quickly. We register a related domain (not a lookalike) and warm it for 14–21 days. Cost at cost.
Either path
Replies land in an inbox you watch. Booking uses your calendar. We do not auto-send. Volume stays inside warmup limits until the domain is trusted.
